Several months ago I needed one of those website shoutbox scripts for something... And all of the free ones I found online were either crap.. Or had WAY more overcomplicated garbage than I needed.. So over the course of an afternoon I built my own.
I finally made a download page for it if anyone needs a shoutbox and wants to give it a shot.. It's probably the easiest to use script you'll find for that, I kept things simple and straight forward..

Simple put... It's a fancy web based alarm clock that I made several months ago when my actual alarm clock broke.. I intended to post a link to it ages ago but held off because of a couple minor bugs in the code.. But here it is anyway in it's current state, it works well enough, I'll get around to fixing the bugs eventually.
